  • Stage 01: Adaptive Automated Material Feeding Engineered to handle dual material streams flawlessly. For rigid sheet media (such as heavy greyboards or corrugated plastic panels), the system utilizes an intelligent pneumatic suction matrix to ensure single-sheet separation and precise feeding. For flexible roll materials (such as industrial textiles or vinyl), a synchronized, tension-controlled auto-feeding mechanism advances the media smoothly onto the bed without stretching or wrinkling.

  • Stage 02: High-Speed Digital Processing The heart of the system relies on our heavy-duty flat bed die cutting machine architecture. Driven by digital CAD vector workflows, it completely replaces physical dies and setup times. When processing flexible roll media or printed rigid boards, an integrated high-precision CCD vision system instantly captures registration marks, dynamically compensating for material distortion to execute micro-level contour cutting accuracy.

  • Stage 03: Synchronized Unloading & Extraction Upon completion of the digital tool path, the heavy-duty conveyor matrix advances the processed material into the collection zone. An automated extraction gantry systematically lifts and stacks the finished die-cut pieces, while the waste matrix is guided away efficiently.
