| There are many sample styles with varying sewing requirements. It is necessary to retain cut piece templates to guide workstations to sew according to specifications. | Equipped with four inkjet modules, inkjet printing and cutting are synchronized to optimize traditional processes and improve efficiency. |
| Office-based prototyping requires ultra-quiet operation | Equipped with the latest air pump noise reduction technology, ensuring maximum workshop noise does not exceed 70 decibels. |

Stage 01: Multi-Substrate Universal Feeding The workflow initiates with an adaptive material handling matrix capable of securing diverse media types without custom fixtures. Utilizing a highly zoned, high-vacuum matrix bed, the system firmly locks down structural substrates of varying thicknesses, from thin films to heavy rigid boards. This setup completely eliminates material shifting during tool engagement, preserving edge precision and ensuring perfect stability before any processing begins.
Stage 02: High-Speed Digital Processing The core of the prototyping cell relies on our advanced digital rapid prototyping & die-less cutting solution architecture, built on a highly versatile automatic flat bed die cutting machine framework. Driven directly by native CAD structural vectors, it entirely eliminates the days-long lead times and high costs associated with physical steel-rule dies or custom milling fixtures. During execution, an integrated high-precision CCD vision registration system automatically tracks printed targets on custom mockups, dynamically correcting the digital tool path to execute micro-level contour cutting, deep creasing, or V-groove scoring with absolute accuracy.
Stage 03: Immediate Sample Extraction & Sorting Upon completion of the rapid digital tool path, the finished structural prototype or short-run batch is advanced to the collection zone. Because the system utilizes a die-less processing method, components are extracted cleanly with zero stress deformation, preserving the structural integrity of delicate mockups. The surrounding material scrap is managed and cleared efficiently, reducing post-press cleanup and creating an ultra-lean design-to-product manufacturing pipeline ready for instant client approval or structural testing.
