Stage 01: High-Volume Automated Sheet Feeding The workflow initiates with an intelligent sheet-feeding matrix tailored for packaging substrates. Utilizing heavy-duty industrial pneumatic suction cups paired with an advanced air-blowing separation device, the system effortlessly lifts and separates individual folding cartons, heavy greyboards, or corrugated cardboard layers. This configuration reliably breaks the static vacuum layer between media sheets, ensuring continuous, single-sheet feeding into the cutting area without double-feeding risks.
Stage 02: High-Speed Digital Processing The heart of the packaging line relies on our heavy-duty digital packaging cutting & creasing solution architecture, built on a robust flat bed die cutting machine framework. Driven directly by packaging CAD structural files (.CF2/.DXF), it entirely eliminates the need for expensive physical wood-and-steel dies. For printed corrugated boxes and cosmetics packaging blanks, an integrated high-precision CCD vision registration system automatically captures print marks on the fly, instantly compensating for any print distortion to deliver flawless contour cutting and perfect creasing alignment.
Stage 03: Synchronized Blank Extraction & Stacking Upon completion of the digital cutting and creasing tool paths, the synchronized conveyor matrix advances the processed layout to the downstream extraction zone. An automated collection gantry systematically lifts and neatly stacks the finished packaging blanks onto the collection pallet, ready for immediate folding and gluing. Simultaneously, the scrap waste matrix is managed and cleared efficiently, minimizing manual post-press sorting and maximizing factory throughput.
