The Seamless 3-Stage Automation Workflow

 

  • Stage 01: Precision Automated Loading & Sheet Separation The workflow initiates with an intelligent sheet-feeding matrix tailored for packaging substrates. Utilizing high-volume pneumatic suction cups paired with an advanced air-blowing separation device, the system reliably lifts and separates individual folding cartons, heavy greyboards, or corrugated cardboard layers. This configuration effectively breaks the static vacuum layer between media sheets, ensuring continuous, single-sheet feeding into the processing zone without double-feeding risks.

  • Stage 02: High-Speed Digital Processing The heart of the packaging line relies on our heavy-duty automated packaging cutting & creasing system architecture, built on a robust automatic flat bed die cutting machine framework. Driven directly by packaging CAD structural files (.CF2/.DXF), it entirely eliminates the need for expensive physical wood-and-steel dies and lengthy setup times. During execution, an integrated high-precision CCD vision registration system automatically scans printed marks on the fly, instantly compensating for any media stretch or printing distortion to deliver flawless contour cutting and perfect creasing alignment.

  • Stage 03: Synchronized Blank Extraction & Stacking Upon completion of the precise digital cutting and creasing tool paths, the synchronized heavy-duty conveyor bed advances the processed layout forward to the extraction zone. An automated collection gantry systematically picks up the finished packaging blanks and neatly stacks them onto the unloading pallet, ready for immediate folding and gluing. Concurrently, the scrap waste matrix is managed and guided away efficiently, minimizing manual post-press sorting and creating a lean manufacturing pipeline.
